Applicability

Following conditions settles the relationship between you as customer and Infoband Sweden AB. Swedish consumer law regulates the conditions for the private consumer.

Price and payment

The web shop of Infoband Sweden AB shows prices for all products of the assortment. Prices to consumers are VAT inclusive.

For customers outside Sweden and Norway there is only one way to pay the order. This is prepayment with credit card. This payment is cost free and supplies by DIBS, the leading supplier of pay duties in the Nordic countries.

Inhabitants in Sweden and Norway, who are citizen in respective country, have the possibility to pay with invoice. An extra invoice fee will be added, which clearly shows when choosing the form to pay.

When the order has reached Infoband Sweden AB you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation contains information of the order. At the time the order is served at the Infoband storage, you will receive information that the order have been sent to you.

Cargo

Infoband Sweden AB debits cargo costs on all types of orders. The cost varies due to country and currency. The cargo cost is clearly shown in the web shop.

Delivery conditions

Infoband Sweden AB serves all orders in one to two working days. The ordered products are served in Sweden and are delivered by mail. Due to the postal service this will take different time in different countries.

Europe 2-7 days

Rest of the world 4-21 days

Change of order

The customer have the possibility to change their order without any further cost until the order has been packed by Infoband Sweden AB. The change can be done by e-mail, order@infoband.com, or telephone, +46 (0)42 238 465.

Cancellation

The customer have the right to cancel the order until it has been sent. Cancellation can be done by e-mail, order@infoband.com or telephone, +46 (0)42 238 465.

Regression right

On distance buying Infoband supplies the customer the right to regret the buy in 14 days. To be able to use the right to regret the buy, it demands that the product is not opened, used or destroyed. If you will use the right to regret the buy, please contact Infoband Sweden AB by e-mail, order@infoband.com, or telephone, +46 (0)42 238 465, to receive a returning number which will be used when you return the product. The customer will pay for the cargo cost and is responsible for the product until it have been received by Infoband Sweden AB.

The product has to be well packed (adequately in the original packing as it was sent from Infoband Sweden AB). Eventual transport damages, which are due to insufficient packing, will be debited you as customer. Products which are returned cash on delivery will not be redeemed.

Complaint

If a product is incorrect, you have complaint the product to Infoband Sweden AB in reasonable time and in a way returned to the company.
